Exploring Maps of Consciousness through Meditation

Most people don't really think very deeply about how our minds are structured. They may know the terms "conscious", "soul", "subconscious", "superconscious", "intellect", "intuition" or "unconscious", but how do you accurately locate and explore these regions?

To understand all levels of our being, to know our true nature and to maximize our potential you need an accurate map and you need directions to each destination.

This is what the Introduction to Meditation Course offers, clear orientation to inner space.

The ITM Course is a step-by-step walk through of each level of your Conscious, Subconscious and Metaconscious Mind and an introduction to your Superconscious Mind and Soul.
